Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll issue a refund, as long as you let us know within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are available for new purchases only, not for renewals.

Once you purchase, you'll have access to the support section in your account. You can open tickets and we'll get back to you within one business day. We can't offer support for compatibility with beta versions or experimental features (this is always clearly mentioned). There's also a chat widget on every page of our site and inside the plugin.

We'll send you a reminder before the expiry date. Expired licenses don't get plugin functionality, updates or support. If you renew before your license expires, you get a 15% discount.

Yes. When you upgrade to a bigger license, you only pay the difference, calculated against the time left until your current license expires.

You can activate licenses on local environments without limit, and they won't count towards your allowed activations.

We battle-test our plugins against a wide range of well-known plugins and themes. Like any WordPress plugin that depends on other plugins, we can't know in advance how their updates will affect ours. We always recommend waiting a few days before updating on a live site, and making a backup first.

Unlikely. Assets like CSS and JavaScript only load on pages where they're needed (even in the WordPress admin). We keep public CSS and JavaScript as small as possible for the best page speed.
