Hi, we're the team behind CartPops! 👋

When building eCommerce sites for clients we couldn’t believe there wasn’t a (better) WooCommerce cart plugin that had all the “simple” features we were looking for. Maybe we were a little naïve, but we decided to stop talking and make it ourselves. CartPops was born, and we’re here to help our fellow WooCommerce store owners.

Questions? We got you covered

If you have more questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via the chat widget in the bottom right corner.

A license entitles you to free updates and support for one year and 15% discount on renewals.

If you purchase a lifetime license, you’ll get 3 years of support included.

Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a refund. But we’ll do so only if you let us know within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are available only for new purchases and not for renewals.

Once you purchase, you will have access to the support section on your account. You can open tickets and we’ll get back to you within one business day. Please be aware that we cannot offer support regarding compatibility with Beta versions or any experimental/beta features (this will be clearly mentioned). There’s also a chat widget on any page on our site and inside the plugin.

We will notify you to remind you of the upcoming expiry date. Licenses that are expired don’t benefit from the plugin functionality, updates, and support . If you renew before your license expires we offer you a 15% discount.

Obviously, this doesn’t apply to lifetime licenses.

Yes. When you upgrade from any license to a superior one you only pay the difference which is calculated against the time until your license period expires.

Yes. You can activate licenses on local environments without limit and they won’t take from your allowed activations count.

You can use the .pot file provided in the plugin folder under /languages and upload the translation file in the wp-content languages folder. Learn how to do this by clicking here.

We battle-test our plugins against a variety of well-known plugins and themes. Like with any other WordPress plugin that depend on a particular plugin, we have no way of knowing what those updates are and how these may impact our plugins. We always encourage waiting a few days before updating the plugin on a live environment. Make sure to create a backup prior to updating.
Unlikely, assets like CSS and Javascript are only loaded on pages where they are required (even in the WordPress Admin screen). Our priority is to keep public CSS and Javascript as small as possible for optimal page speed.
